What network should I purchase?

We sell both Unlocked and Network Locked devices. If you plan to keep the same network for the life of the device, you can purchase one of our Network Locked devices for your network or an Unlocked device. If you plan to switch networks or take the device outside of the United States, we recommend purchasing an Unlocked device. Note that any Network Locked devices are locked to the specific network listed and cannot be unlocked. If you are not sure which network you should purchase, please contact us.

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders ship via FREE Fedex 2 Day Delivery from Lawrence, Kansas within 1 business day. Weekends are not included as business days. 1 Day expedited upgrade is available for a cost. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2 PM CST will ship out that same day. Orders placed after 2 PM CST on Friday will ship Monday. Tracking number e-mailed after order shipped. Orders where the total is $750.00 or higher will ship with Signature Required on delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

Fedex 2 Day Delivery default shipping is FREE! FedEx Standard Overnight is $37.00.

What countries do you ship to?

We do not ship outside of the continental United States at this time.

What is and is not included in my order?

Orders include the purchased device and a generic charging cable. Orders do not include the original retail box, original accessories, or SIM card.

Can you provide specific pictures/more specific information of the exact device I will receive?

No. We have thousands of devices in stock at any given time and so providing a picture or more specific information of the exact device you will receive is not feasible.

Can you send me the IMEI of a device?

Yes. After you receive your shipment confirmation, send us a message and we can provide the IMEI to you at that time.

I purchased the correct network for my plan; how do I activate the device?

Install your network SIM card in the device. We do not include SIM cards with our devices because a SIM card carries information specific to your plan and allows your device to connect with your network. If you do not already have a SIM card or your current one is not working, go to your local network store for activation assistance.

My device developed a defect, can you fix it?
If your device arrives damaged or develops a defect within 60 days, send us a message. Our trained technicians offer FREE repairs!
I want my money back, what do I do?
Starting on the day your device arrives, you have 60 days to return the device for a full refund. Send us a message and we will provide a pre-paid return label and return instructions.
